Looking back at Asia Gateway Training 2017
Last year, Asia Gateway successfully conducted yet another annual residential training, this time hosting the largest single group of trainees who came from eight countries. We Praise God for gathering 20 of his workers and leaders at STM in Seremban from June 3 to 30, 2017 to train and equip them for cross-cultural mission. Around 13 full-time residential and seven modular students from Malaysia, Nepal, Myanmar, Pakistan, the Philippines, India, Britain (Korean) and Bhutan attended AGT in 2017.

Annual AGT Residential Programme to be held in June 2017
The Asia Gateway Missional Leadership Residential Programme for 2017 has been set for June 3 to 30. The intensive four-week programme will focus on training of trainers, and church and mission leaders.
Students will benefit from the multicultural community living and learning from a multicultural team of mission specialists and mentors.
The courses will include:
- Crucial Issues in Asian Mission and Leadership
- Mission of God in the Bible
- Gospel, Culture and Integral Mission
Equipping leaders through cross-cultural training
Asia Gateway has successfully launched its 2016 Residential Training, which is a key initiative of AsiaCMS to train and equip workers and leaders for cross-cultural mission.
The six-week training at Malaysia Theological Seminary in Seremban attracted 16 students from six countries – Malaysia, Nepal, Myanmar, Pakistan, Singapore and Turkey.
The programme, which runs from July 16 to Aug 26, combines lectures and field trips to give students the best of academic training and exposure in a multi-faith and multi-cultural environment.
